This was the wko for yesterday but I had to skip yesterday and did it today instead. My low back was killing me yesterday so had some acupuncture and just did some rolling.
This was a good challenge today.  The ring rows were the toughest part! Got 3 rounds + 200 m run. Push ups were with hands elevated on a 10″ bench.
I ordered some Kettlebells so I should have more variety soon. I used a 25# DB for the goblets. Could have gone heavier but the next size kb up I have is a 20kg which was a little heavy to maintain form for the 15 reps. Goblets felt way better today! I really hammered my calves,  feet,  tfl and glutes with the ball prior and seemed to help free me up 🙂
