Felt really good today. Lats very sore! Left arm noticeably more unstable than the right on the TGU. Used a 20# kb.
I could feel that I haven’t done these RFESS in a while! The left leg was a bit weaker than the right.
Press was interesting! Lots of pop crackles in my shoulders on these ones. Not painful, just noticing. I wish I had used heavier weight in the end once I got then dialed.
Major improvement on the negative pull ups! Yay I could hold the contraction and lower for the correct tempo on all reps and sets! Wall walks much better than last few times. Still not making contact with chest to wall but getting closer everytime 🙂 I need to regain faith in my shoulders I think.
Row felt really good. My 4th and 5th sets were my fastest/strongest just by feel. Still waiting on my display so no distances for you 😦
Burpees without pushups feels so strange! But I’m not complaining! They were quick and a nice strong plank position.
Pushups were on a 20″ box. Really trying to focus on position of my scapula through the movement.
Last couplet felt good, ring rows are getting stronger. Probably would have gotten 6 rounds but had to work in with someone else in the Squat Rack so that threw me off a bit.
I felt so strong in my form on the deadlift today 🙂 my set up was far better than its been in a long time.
Press felt good. I went for a big jump on the last set as I didn’t have any 5# plates…. I didnt think I would even get 2, but got 4!
Ive been having a lot of KMI work and acupuncture done lately and it feels like my body is responding well. I noticed a huge improvement in my posture in my lifts today 🙂
Workout was good. Had to take the farmers walks slow as we had freezing rain today so the sidewalk was slick!
It was hard for me to see and post these pictures looking back in comparison at some from when I was in my best shape! What an eye opener! This is great motivation for me. I didnt realize how far I had let my fitness and physique deteriorate until seeing these. I realize now how much hard work I have ahead of me to get to where I’d like to be. As James would say….

This was great! Used a 20# kb per arm. Shoulders felt good went slow with the Tgus and focused on form.
Squats felt good. BP was tricky today. My left anterior deltoid, bicep, coracobracialis area was sore all the way to the elbow! On the 3rd set I was feeling really sharp pains so chose to skip the 4th set. Row was good, a mental thing for me today to just stick with the 30 mins!
