Squats felt good. BP was tricky today. My left anterior deltoid, bicep, coracobracialis area was sore all the way to the elbow! On the 3rd set I was feeling really sharp pains so chose to skip the 4th set. Row was good, a mental thing for me today to just stick with the 30 mins!
Try bench next time with shoulders really retracted and let me know how that feels

Ok i was and have that awareness, but I went into it with the soreness already from the previous days… Maybe from wall walking or something possibly.
