A. 123#, 123#, 133#, 143#, 143#

B. 3×3 @ 83#

C. 95#  x3, 115# x 2, 125# x 1

D. 55# x 5, 57.5# x 5, 65# x 5, 75# x 5, 80# x 3

This felt much better than a few days ago when I did these movements. I feel sluggish on the HPC. My legs just feel like lead, not much faster twich recrutement. I could have gone heavier on the 1 1/4 BS, but I wanted to keep the form on point. The BTN PP was interesting! Havent ever really done any BTN work. A lot of pulling in my anterior L shoulder on this and in my teres/lat area up at the posterior shoulder joint. Not so much on the press but lowering.
