I was feeling pretty stiff today and had limited time but wanted to get a quick sweat on so I worked on my skipping. My foot work is improving 😊 working on coordination and got a great sweat on.

50 min mountain bike trail ride to kickboxing class ❤️🌲🚵🏻 saw a bunch of deer on the way! If you look really close you can see three of them 😊

  

1 hour sweat fest in class! Man I didn’t realize how much I’d like hitting and kicking things! 

Then the same bike ride home. There was lots of bear 💩 in the trails maybe I’ll get a look at one on the way home! All in all a great Sunday!

This all felt quite awesome! My left side has a hard time with the internally rotating on the way down with the zott man curls. Just feels weak and uncontrolled compared to the right side and not able to get my knuckles facing as forward as the right.

I put a light band around my legs I hope that’s ok. Just 6 on their own I felt like I wasn’t doing anything!

My left shoulder front felt area has been quite sore for a while 😁 not sure if it was holding the pads for kickboxing and I’m just not used to it…. I also did a wicked yin class last week and had a huge opening in my pec minor area…. These push-ups and CGBPs were borderline pain face at times. 

Other than that feeling fantastic!
